Delivery
We use NZ Post to deliver your one girl goodies and their courier drivers are fabulous!
Readymade items are shipped within 1-2 working days from Christchurch, New Zealand.
If you are within NZ we have a flat rate of $10. Delivery is 1-2 working days (rural delivery is a little longer) and you will be provided with a tracking number to keep an eye on your parcel. If your parcel is delayed due to NZ Post we will do everything we can to sort this quickly.
If you are in Australia we have a flat rate of $30. Delivery can vary up to 15 working days. You will be provided with a tracking number to keep an eye on your parcel.
If you are in the United Kingdom we have a flat rate of $60. Delivery can vary up to 25 working days. You will be provided with a tracking number to keep an eye on your parcel.
Order timeframe
All readymade items are shipped within 2 working days. If for unforeseen reasons this will be longer we will let you know immediately.
Please allow 5-10 working days for your ‘Made for you’ one girl original to be perfected and ready to be collected by the courier. I want you to love the item you have ordered and this may take a few messages to check the measurements provided and the overall fit you require. A custom listing will be created and available for you to select when all required information is gathered.
Returns
It is really important to me that you love your one girl and a dress pieces. If for any reason you are not ‘in love’ with the item you have purchased please let me know within 24 hours of its arrival. I will do my best to help with alterations where possible. If the item you receive doesn’t match the description provided, I will happily issue a refund once I have received the item back and confirmed the condition. Please note I don’t offer refunds if the item doesn’t fit or suit you.
Due to the fragile nature of vintage textiles, at times there are imperfections (slight wash fading, small marks) , which I do my best to cut around but sometimes this is not possible.
‘Made for you’ items- as these items are custom made to your requested measurements and fabric choice, I am unable to accept returns or offer a refund. However I am happy to help with alterations where possible. Please ask any questions before ordering, especially regarding the measurements and fit. Once a custom listing has been added for you and payment has been made any cancellations must be made within 24 hours.
If the item arrives and I’ve made a mistake from the information you have provided please let me know within 24 hours of receiving the item and I will happily make this right.
However if it was a mistake in measurements from the information you have provided, I can still help but the alterations will charged to cover the cost of any fabric used and also my time. This will be discussed, agreed on and payment made before any alterations take place.
If your one girl piece needs mending or stitching please let me know. I am happy to do this free of charge to ensure this becomes a forever item in your wardrobe. Please note you would need to cover postage costs.
